When you make a reservation with Privésauna Di Lusso, you automatically confirm your agreement with the House Rules:
 
  • your reservation is definite only after we have received the advance payment of €50 within 3 days following your reservation
  • if you do not confirm your reservation on time, we will cancel your reservation
  • you may cancel your reservation, free of charge, up to 5 days before your reserved date
  • late cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of € 50
  • smoking is not permitted anywhere in the complex
  • pets are not permitted
  • children must always be under adult supervision
  • you are required to take a shower before using the facilities of the complex
  • diving into the swimming pool is strictly forbidden
  • you are not allowed to add your own products to the swimming pool, whirlpool or sauna
  • you are not allowed to consume your own drinks or snacks in the complex
  • use of shower slippers is required
  • use of towels in the sauna is required
  • please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours
  • please leave the complex on time, so that the complex can be cleaned in time for the next customers
  • as a customer, you are responsible for the proper use of the facilities provided to you by Privésauna Di Lusso
  • in no case whatsoever can Privésauna Di Lusso be held liable for accidents, resulting in bodily harm and/or material damage, that were caused by incorrect or imprudent use of the facilities
  • under no circumstances can Privésauna Di Lusso be held responsible for loss of personal property
  • if the complex you have rented suffers damage, you are obliged to reimburse the costs of repairing this damage
  • Privésauna Di Lusso reserves the right to refuse any person for any reason whatsoever
  • Belgian law is applicable to all our legal relationships. In the case of disputes between Privésauna Di Lusso and our customers, the court of law of Mechelen has jurisdiction, unless the law designates another court of law
